In case you’ve been wondering what “easygoing” looks like in real life, it’s probably something more like “easygoing” than “easygoing” and “easygoing” isn’t necessarily about having a good time. It’s more about having a positive mindset and an ability to enjoy life and the little things without being weighed down with stress.
A lot of people think it means having a good demeanor, but in reality, the ability to enjoy life without being stressed means that you can be more relaxed and happy. It also probably means that you’re not having a good time.
We’re not sure. But I think it has something to do with the fact that you’re never really stressed when you’re having a good time. It is the same reason that having a bad attitude really stinks, because you never put that energy into something, and it is the same reason that a person who is stressed out is more likely to be aggressive on the street. It also means that you have more fun, so having less stress makes you more relaxed.
And it also means that you have more money. Because you are not stressed out, you have more money. It might be hard to see the correlation between money and stress but the fact of the matter is that having less stress is associated with more money.
The funny thing is that when I go for a run, I think, “I don’t know if I’m stressed out, but I sure am looking forward to it.” And of course, I can’t see it, but I know I’m going to have a blast.
As you might know, stress is bad for us. Stress increases our cortisol levels, which have been linked to increased cortisol, heart disease and high blood pressure. Our bodies also release adrenaline as a way to help us get things done. So, having less stress makes us more prone to having a good time. So if you want to make stress a little less stressful, you can make it more fun. That is, not being stressed out.
Now that we’ve come to the conclusion that stress is bad for us, we can start looking at ways to make it feel less stressful. In fact, stress is a good thing! It can actually be good for us. That’s because stress works as an internal alarm system.
When we feel stressed, a bunch of our body’s hormones and other chemicals go into a process called “fight-or-flight”. This is one of the main reasons that we get defensive when stress gets in the way. When our body is in fight or flight mode, adrenaline is released, and a bunch of other chemicals go into our brain. These chemicals give you a chance to think about something, so you can make your decision based on what you want to do.
For the past few weeks I’ve been trying to figure out how you can use stress to your advantage. Stress is useful in a number of ways, but I think one of the most useful uses of stress is to make us take the easy way instead of the hard way. For example, if we’re stressed out, our brain starts to kick in a lot of the “fight or flight” chemicals, which can cause us to get defensive.
In this video, we take a look at how stress can be used to our advantage. We put stress on a person and find out what they decide to do, without them realizing it. You can use this to decide if you want to take the easy way or the hard way. We show a couple of examples of how stress can be used to our advantage.
