This video is what I am referring to when speaking of my first time doing a task. You know when you are doing a task and you know you can do it and you don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day? That’s the feeling you get when you are first doing something new. I feel like that feeling when I am first learning how to do something.
I like that feeling. It is something you can get from any new experience as well. It is something we all have in common. When we learn something new, we find that we are no longer limited by our memories. Instead, we are now connected to the experience in a way that we have never been before.
The first time you attempt something you can be afraid. Thats really true, but its a false fear. The fear is that you will fail. The fear is that you will not do your best and the fear is that your worst will be worse than your best. The fear that you will fail is a fear that is just a fear.
Fears have been a part of our lives since the beginning of time. They are the reason we learn things, the reason we make mistakes. They are the reasons we get scared when we fail, the reason we get scared when we do our best, and the reason we get scared when we fail.
Many of the fears we have are actually positive. Fear that you will fail is not a negative fear. It is a fear that shows that you are capable of doing something you want to do. This is not a fear that is used to keep you from making a choice, it is a fear that is used to show you are capable of making a choice. A fear that you will fail is a fear that tells you that you are aware of your own limitations and are willing to try again.

We had an interesting read recently about the benefits of working out on a treadmill rather than a stationary bike. The study says that after working out on a treadmill for several minutes, you burn about 10 times more calories than you do on a stationary bike.
Well yeah, I guess if you’re trying to lose weight, you should give it a shot. But if you’re trying to lose weight you know, you should really be working out on a stationary bike or a treadmill. That’s how you get all those extra calories in the first place.
What does this mean for you? It means that you should work out on a stationary bike or treadmill. It means you should just exercise more and more. It means you should stop trying to run away with this excuse for exercise and just do it. It means you should stop telling yourself that you dont need to exercise.
