But before you get too comfortable with your current form, it might be time to reconsider what you know about them. Here’s why: Lizards can do push-ups too!

It’s not just human beings who are capable of doing pushups. Lizards and many other animals can do them too! This is because the movement requires gravity to work against you, but it also needs a solid surface beneath your feet in order for it to happen.
