Anxiety is like a big honking elephant that just keeps trying to herd people out of the room. Our brains are programmed to feel anxious, but the elephant is also programmed to try and herd us out. When I get anxious, I feel like my body is screaming at me to stop. That’s how it works. The only way to stop the elephant from trying to herd us out of the room is to stop being so anxious.

It just sounds like a word to a lot of people and they expect it to get them out of an anxiety-filled situation. It is the elephant in the room because it just doesn’t want to go anywhere. It just wants to stay in the room. Thats why it is so useful to have a few anxiety tricks.

When you’re nervous you can’t make it through all of the anxiety that is created after everything that you’ve been through. But when you’re calm and relaxed you can be calm. You can’t be nervous because you don’t know how to really put your mind at ease.
You can tell with the sit fullform form that I created, it is so full of anxiety and fear. It’s almost like I was in a time loop as I was creating it, but I was never in a time loop and I was still getting anxiety and fear when I was creating it. The anxiety is so strong that I can feel the anxiety, but I dont have the ability to control it.
