I love this quote from the book How to Think Like a Freak by Dr. Robert Stern, which can be found on our website. It’s a great way to understand how much you’re connected to your thoughts and actions in your daily life. When our minds are on autopilot, it’s hard to notice how attached we are to our thoughts and actions.
The problem is when we’re on autopilot for so long that we forget we’re on autopilot. Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them they control us.
I actually just re-read the book. It’s basically a manual for getting into a new relationship, so it’s really easy to relate to. I think one thing the author stresses is that a lot of couples get into trouble because they’re too attached to their own thoughts and actions.
The problem is they can get attached to the wrong things. A couple who is talking about their perfect vacation all the time and doesn’t give each other space to actually think about what they want and need is bound to make one of these mistakes. Sometimes that person will get carried away and jump to crazy conclusions, which leads to all sorts of weird and dangerous situations. Like when you’re driving to work and you forget your purse is in the car, you start singing.
This happens all the time, and it happens because we tend to think of different things or things we expect others to think of as things that are somehow connected. Not only are these incorrect assumptions, but they also make it much more difficult to identify the root cause. A person who is not attached to the wrong things can spend their life pursuing an incorrect course of action.
A simple solution for us to avoid this problem is to take a shortcut instead of a route. We use two things to take a shortcut: the route from the car to the destination, and the route to the destination. If we take a route from the car to the destination, we are going to find the destination, and if we take the route to the destination, we are going to find the route to the destination.
The one-way route is easier than the one-way route. The one-way route is harder than the one-way route. A person can use a one-way route to find a way to get to the place where the destination is.
I think this is a mistake. It takes too much time to find the one-way route, and it’s too easy to find the one-way route if you don’t have the destination in mind. An average person uses the one-way route to find the one-way route. So the destination is never in the back of your head, but it’s there all the time.
What a great idea about the road maps that are so popular. We all have them, and they are always a good reminder of how far we’ve come.
An average person also uses the one-way route to get to work. They use it to get to the grocery store, the bank, the doctor’s office, etc. If the destination is in the back of their mind, then they are not using the one-way route.
