The fact is that when we start our day out in the morning, we begin to feel a sense of peace and accomplishment. So why is it that in the morning you have a headache, and in the afternoon you feel relaxed but your stomach is a bit upset? I think it is because of food. You know that the foods you eat are the ones that make you feel so much better? That is why you eat them, because they make you feel good.
