The only thing worse than getting lost in the wilderness is to get lost in the wilderness without knowing where you are, or if you’re even on the right track. This is where we make mistakes, or we just don’t realize we’ve made mistakes.
It is a common experience to get lost in the wilderness when we go to a new place or encounter something we dont understand. I have been known to leave my bike in the store, or to get lost in the jungle without knowing whether the jungle is safe to go to. These times are pretty rare, but because of them, people often have to start questioning their decisions.
This happens to us all. Once you find yourself in the wilderness, you forget where you are, and it becomes a constant reminder. I am sure that many of you have felt this way at one time or another.
I hope this is a useful reminder for all of us. Whether you are in the city, in nature, or in a jungle, you should always remember that you are on a journey.
I always tell my fellow students at the beginning of my training that the purpose of training is to become more aware of your surroundings. So being able to take care of yourself is one of the most valuable things you can do in life. But while I can be quite self-aware, I am also the biggest believer in taking care of yourself, so this has never stopped my journey.
So, the next time you see me in a situation where I need to take care of myself, my eyes will immediately go to where I am so I can be prepared. If I am not in a good enough mood or I get distracted, I will then look at you and say, “Is there anything I can do?” And then I will find the most natural and simple things to do.
A great way to take care of yourself is to use the time you spend on the internet to actually be good to yourself. This can be anything from the simple act of checking your phone, to going to the gym to take care of yourself. It’s not always easy, but it can also be very rewarding.
For a long time, the only way to take care of yourself was to either work out (which is boring) or play video games (which is tedious and expensive). If your parents bought you a video game, they probably had to tell you that when you were young or you would have gone through the motions (like playing a video game or watching a movie) before you realized that you were missing something.
The fact is that even though you could have been doing something productive, you probably just weren’t paying attention to your body. So after a long time of not paying attention to what you were doing, you finally took action. And that action is what we are talking about in “Your phone, to going to the gym to take care of yourself.
