There’s one thing that I want to make sure of: We are not our thoughts. In other words, we are not our thoughts. This is the truth I’ve tried to tell you. We are in fact our thoughts, and our thoughts are the reality we experience. It is not that these thoughts aren’t real; they are real, but because of our own self-awareness, our thoughts have power over our lives.
We are what we think we are, and so we allow our thoughts to control us. This is why we have so much trouble in life. Because when we are aware of our thoughts, we are able to be more aware of our thoughts, and thus our lives. Our thoughts are the power that keeps us from being able to see our lives for what they are.
The thing is that we are supposed to be able to see and understand our thoughts. This is because we allow our thoughts to control us. When we have confidence that our thoughts will be the reality, we are more self-aware than when we have not.
That’s why we need to be more aware of our thoughts. We can’t see our thoughts clearly because we are too confused. We are too self-aware when we are able to see our thoughts clearly. It is when we are not able to see our thoughts clearly that we are not able to see our lives clearly.
The key to self-awareness is to have a clear view of what we see and what we don’t see. Our thoughts don’t tell us anything useful. They don’t tell us anything bad about ourselves. They don’t tell us anything bad about us.
Some people are so self-aware that they can see how they are behaving before anything bad happens. This is called “cognitive dissonance.” In this case, the person is able to see how they are behaving but they are not able to see the bad thing about themselves.
After we get to the bottom of this, I’ll look at the next two posts here and tell you why.
The problem I saw with self-awareness is that it is hard to stop thinking about a bad thing without starting it all over again. This is because we are so ingrained in our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions that we only start to see the bad things in our lives if we start thinking about them.
So if you are self-aware, you can stop blaming yourself. But if you are not self-aware, you can start blaming yourself because you might be blaming yourself for not being self-aware.
Self-awareness means we are able to stop thinking about bad stuff, not that we were able to stop thinking about bad stuff before we started thinking about it. So, if we are self-aware, we might not have to think about a bad thing all over again, but we might have to think about something else for a while.
