How does Self-Awareness work? It’s not a surprise that when you start working on your new home, you may feel some slight change in your mental state. You may be aware that your mind is working on a new project or you may be thinking about a new purchase.
And this is where Self-Awareness (SA) starts to lose its clout. This is more about mental states than self-awareness. SA is primarily directed at areas where there is a lack of self-awareness. For example, when you’re driving, you’re probably not aware of the traffic at all, so there is no self-awareness to worry about.
The problem is when you go to bed, youre going to sleep with a full night-vision display on. So when you wake up in the morning, you are still totally unaware that youre awake. There is no SA to worry about.
SA is a kind of a “watchful awareness” of the world. We are aware of what is going on around us, but not aware of ourselves. We can only be aware of our actions, but not the actions of others. As an example, a person may be aware that they have a full tank of gas, but only aware of their actions.
Imagine being in the tank of a truck going 100 mph in a straight line. You are aware that you are driving, but not aware that you are driving. This is the same concept we have with SA. SA is unaware of its own actions, but aware of its actions of others. SA is aware of you, but unaware of you. SA is unaware of itself, but aware of itself for others.
We all have our own SA, but for the most part, most people don’t even know what it is. We don’t just get our SA like we get a new pair of underwear. We go through a process where we take the first few steps, but our SA ends up being much deeper than that. We take the first step, but we take the second step as well. We take the next step, but we take the third, and so on. This is our SA.
We, as SA, are also aware of ourselves, but unaware that we are aware. We are aware that we are aware, that we are aware that we are aware. We are aware of the fact that we are aware, but we are unaware of it. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of ourselves. We are aware that we are aware, but we are unaware of ourselves. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of ourselves.
Our goal in Life is to be aware. To be aware of what we are doing and not to be aware of ourselves. We are aware that we are aware, but unaware of our own awareness. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of our own awareness. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of our own awareness. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of our own awareness. We are aware of ourselves, but unaware of our own awareness.
Why are we so lost and unaware of ourselves? Why is our mind so disconnected from our body? Why do we allow ourselves to be so disconnected from ourselves? We are all connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other.
We are aware that we are connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other. We are aware that we are connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other. We are aware that we are connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other. We are aware that we are connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other. We are aware that we are connected to each other, but we are disconnected from each other.
