The four aspects of self-awareness are self-possessing. Self-awareness is a process of attaining a certain level of self-worth, a certain set of goals, a certain level of self-confidence, and so on. As in my case, I have to get close to the point where my brain is starting to work on my memory and on that, I’ve started learning how to do the things I’m supposed to do.
You have to understand that the second is an attempt at self-awareness. And the first is just a means to that. If you can’t achieve the second, you cannot achieve the first. Because if you cannot achieve the second, you cannot attain the first. You can only attain self-awareness if you can achieve both. And the more you can achieve, the more you can achieve the second.
We’re all capable of achieving self-awareness. But if you can’t achieve the second, you won’t be able to achieve the first. And when you can’t achieve the second, you won’t be able to achieve the first. This is because if you can achieve the second, you can achieve the first. But this again shows the point that self-awareness is the second level of awareness.
When you can achieve the second level of awareness, you can attain the third, too.And when you can attain the third level of awareness, you can attain the fourth. And when you can attain the fourth level of awareness, you can attain the fifth, and so on. And the more you can achieve, the more you can achieve self-awareness.
The second question is what happens if you’re not aware of your own habits. I know you say that many people are more aware of their own habits than what you think they are, but the truth is, there are certain things that you can notice.
The first thing you can notice about yourself is that you are a person with habits. These are things that you do in your daily routines. You have a schedule that you follow, from waking up in the morning to going to bed at night. You have habits that you do and you have habits you don’t. These are habits that you can notice and you can change.
